The association supports its member companies in the areas of foreign trade policy and European competitiveness. Specifically, it focuses on supporting European plastic converters in increasing global market crisis.

Members gain access to regulatory and technical expertise, including extensive knowledge on chemical legislation and substance policy. Through close monitoring of ECHA’s scientific committees RAC and SEAC, members are closely informed about new hazardous substances, restriction procedures, and public consultations.

With its European focus, IVK Europe is member of the umbrella association of all plastics converters in Europe, EuPC. Together with EuPC, we provide political access to decision makers in Brussels, mainly from the European Commission and the European Parliament.
